PMS Interface

ILCO can provide you with an interface that allows you to link your PMS Server to your Front Desk Unit (FDU), saving precious time.

Through the interface, all information previously entered into the computer, such as room number and length of stay, is automatically transferred to the ILCO encoding system.

With a PMS interface, ATLAS can fully integrate into the PMS check-in procedure. Front Desk employees use only the PMS while ATLAS works behind the scene ensuring keycards are correctly encoded, recording and managing all system activities.

Direct Interface

Guest check-in information is transferred automatically from the PMS to the FDU(s). This ensures that the information encoded on the keycard matches the information in the PMS. All your Guest Service Attendants have to do is swipe a blank keycard and hand it to the guest.

Indirect Interface

Perfect for larger, more complex hotel operations, the Gateway II supports all the Direct Interface features and is flexible enough to support numerous FDUs and small enough to fit under a hotel Front Desk. Cabling costs are minimized.
A user-interface ensures easy and rapid configuration and set-up.
