Your guests will be able to use their credit card to check in, have a valid card or key issued to them, and once they leave they will automatically be charged.

ECICO, Express Check-In Check-Out

ECICO kiosk represents the ideal complement to the traditional hotel check-in. This kiosk allows hotels to enhance their quality of service. Its elegant design suits perfectly middle and upper class hotels' requirements.

Located nearby the registration office, ECICO contributes to avoid guest flood by relaying the hotel reception.

Booking is made through traditional booking mode (phone, internet...). Once the guest identified himself and inserted his credit card for pre-authorization, ECICO automatically recognises the booking details, encode a magnetic keycard and dispense it to the guest who uses it to have its access granted to the hotel

Located in the facade of the hotel, under an awning, or in an alcove, Borneo Millenium is a highly efficient way to interface with your clients, allowing you to extend the front desk hours.

Completely stand-alone, Borneo Millenium ensures automated room sales as a complement to the desk staff at any time. Bornéo Millenium delivers a key, a keycard or a code to clients, providing access to their room in exchange for electronic payment using a credit card or bank card.

While ensuring a quality service for the clients, Borneo Millenium provides an occupancy rate and operating cost reduction.

 

Estrela II can replace or extend the front desk hours thus relieving the pressure on the front desk staff. The kiosk communicates with the property management systems, Hotelus, for real time information on room availability. It handles all aspects of room reservation and payment, issues guests an access code to their room and provides a printed receipt.

While ensuring a quality service for clients, Estrela II generates an occupancy rate and cost reduction. The software for Estrela II kiosk is carrefully designed to be simple to use and to create a friendly atmosphere in which to do business.

 

 

SERENITY is an interactive terminal offering your guests to carry their transaction automatically 24/7 in a secure and friendly way. Thanks to a credit card, the guest could have access to all services usually provided by the front desk : booking or purchasing a room as well as additional items proposed ofr sales by the hotel.

SERENITY designed to be integrated into a wall outside the hotel so as the active items are accessible from the inside. The interconnected touter (optional) opens SERENITY to the outside world to allow multisite hotel booking management.

SERENITY is fully integrated with the code-based access control system ORACODE and will avoid you taking care of the key management.
